In February 2008, Mindteck Limited, a global Technology and IT services company acquired Infotech Consulting, a multi-discipline technology services firm based in Pennsylvania, U.S.

Infotech Consulting, a Pennsylvania corporation, employs over 250 people in the U.S. post acquisition. Mindteck strengthened its US presence with a large commercial and public sector customer base and acquired significant expertise in Business Application Consulting (BAC), and Security, Infrastructure and Managed Services (SIM) practice areas.
